If you experience a serious medical emergency (severe breathing difficulty, heavy nosebleeds, unbearable pain, or trauma), please go immediately to the nearest hospital's emergency room. WhatsApp is not intended for emergency care.

Do I need to bring previous medical studies to my first consultation?

It is not mandatory. If you already have X-rays, CT scans, audiometries, or previous lab results, we suggest bringing them in physical or digital format for the doctor to review. If you do not have any, the specialist will indicate which studies you need after the initial physical evaluation.
